Welcome to Ella K’s Bridal
Located in the heart of Waterloo, Illinois, Ella K’s Bridal is more than just a bridal shop—it’s a place where dreams begin, memories are made, and families are celebrated. Housed in a newly renovated historic home dating back to the 1800s, our boutique offers a one-of-a-kind experience in a setting as timeless as the love stories we help bring to life.

Ella K’s was born from a deep-rooted passion and a desire to preserve a beloved hometown tradition. When a long-established bridal shop in Waterloo closed its doors, Savannah—who had worked there previously—knew she couldn’t let the community lose such a special place. Seizing the opportunity, she took over the business and named it in honor of her grandmothers, Louella, Eleanora and Donna Kay, whose legacy of strength and grace continues to inspire everything we do.

What makes Ella K’s Bridal truly special is our commitment to personalized service and a family-focused experience. We offer private bridal suites—spacious, elegant, and filled with natural light—where brides and their loved ones can relax and enjoy the journey of finding the perfect gown. Our team is dedicated to making every bride feel seen, heard, and celebrated, with expert guidance through gown selection, veil and accessory styling, gown preservation and cleaning, and more.

But we don’t stop at the bride. We proudly offer tuxedo and suit options, formal wear for the mothers of the bride and groom, and stylish options for the entire wedding party. Because at Ella K’s, we believe weddings are about more than just one day—they’re about bringing families together and creating lasting memories.

While we don't require appointments, scheduling an appointment is the best way to ensure you will receive a private bridal suite and personalized attention from our stylists. This allows us to create a relaxed, memorable experience for you and your guests.

Absolutely! We carry tuxedo rentals, formal wear for the mothers of the bride and groom, and accessories for bridesmaids and other family members. We believe weddings are a family affair, and we’re here to help everyone look and feel their best.
Can you help with veil and accessory styling?
Yes! Our stylists are happy to assist with selecting veils, jewelry, and other accessories to complete your bridal look. We’ll help you find pieces that complement your gown and personal style.
How far in advance should I shop for my wedding dress
We recommend starting your dress search 9–12 months before your wedding date. This allows time for ordering, fittings, and alterations to ensure everything is perfect.
